What currency are the prices I see on the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time and 1-5 business days for shipping. Tracking numbers will be updated the same day your order is shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 24 hours please email us at info@kawaiiloot.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

**Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 24 hours to inspect your items for a full refund. You MUST provide proof of damage, along with your confirmation number and we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. However, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at info@kawaiiloot.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 1-5 business days. Please be aware that shipping and delivery times may be delayed due to the current pandemic, peak seasons, or holidays.
